We found ourselves unexpectedly stranded at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort after our coach experienced an overheating issue. We had no plans to stop in Las Vegas and, like any traveler on a schedule, we were anxious to get back on the road as quickly as possible. We called five different mobile RV technicians in the area. While we understand everyone is busy, Russ was the only one who not only answered the phone but also followed through. He called us back promptly, stayed in communication, and made every effort to fit us into his already busy schedule. What impressed us most was that Russ genuinely cared. He took the time to listen, offered guidance, and continued to follow up to make sure we were okay. That level of customer service is rare these days, especially when you’re dealing with an unexpected breakdown while traveling. When you’re stranded on the road, responsiveness, communication, and professionalism matter just as much as technical knowledge. Russ demonstrated all three. If I ever need a mobile RV technician in Las Vegas again, he will be my first and only call. Highly recommended.

Shane and his partner did amazing work. They actually found that my slide out awning cover/bracket hardware wasnt installed correctly from previous owner of motorhome and made sure to fix it for us without charging extra. Im very appreciative of their hard work and would recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area.

I am selling a Lexus RX300 and I had 2 warning lights that stayed on and I had to push the interlock release button to put the car in gear. I found these guys via ChatGPT and requested a quote that I had in a couple hours. After talking to them on the phone I had the car at there shop in less than 2 hours and Ryan was waiting for me when I got there to take the car in the bay. In less than an hour he had the car diagnosed and the problem fixed. It just needed an adjustment to the brake and it resolved the problem. I would strongly recommend using these guys if you need your car repaired and don’t want to pay the high price that the dealers charge to repair.

These guys helped me get solar and lithium batteries installed and working on my 34' fifth wheel. They did a great job. It will allow me to run my residential fridge while boondocking. That is the #1 reason we wanted solar. They had it about a week and a half (much shorter wait than most). It was a decent price. The install is very professional looking and it works seamlessly so I don't have to worry about anything. I can't wait to take it out boondocking and really test it out. Stay tuned during the fall when I update the review.
